Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

*All games will be played rain or shine unless the weather conditions become classified as severe storms, at which point for safety reasons the game will be canceled. No refunds or makeup dates will be provided regardless if you paid for a season pass or the pay-for-a-day fee including games that start and stop due to weather. If you cancel your membership after signing up, you will be charged the bank cancellation fee, which is currently $25. If you are given a softball jersey after signing up, and you cancel your membership or your membership is revoked, you may keep the softball jersey since your fee covered the cost of the jersey. No refunds. We hope you will consider joining us in the future. Thank you.
